Still think voting/defending any single party makes sense ..

rather than developing your own core beliefs that you are willing to defend and vote for regardless of the letter behind the candidate's name?

IMO, just more proof that no one should blindly vote for "a party". The political parties are out for one thing, POWER! What they say they believe today has proven to be very different from what they claimed in the past. And go far enough back and you can see what they claim as core beliefs today was what they once claimed was the party's "core beliefs" several decades prior to their latest switch back.


The same can be said, and shown, of BOTH political parties discussed in the link so by no means is my post meant to be a one sided political party post.

Don't like Party X's views today, just wait a few years, it's going to change anyway!
