Linda, the point is not what Streep said or even that she said it at all - the point is that Trump felt the need to respond and attack her.
Trumplethinskin is incapable of allowing any slight, real or imagined, to go unacknowledged.
That's a problem, because we need a POTUS who keeps his eye on the ball - not one with a massive ego that needs to be continually stroked. If he will interrupt preparing his new administration just to react to an insult, we're in big trouble.
