No, I mean they are being rammed through without being properly vetted by the OGE. Obama's appointees had thieir paperwork completed and ethics agreement prior to their hearings - in fact, his transition team worked with the OGE and had them do some of the initiual vetting. Trump's appointees, for the most part, have not been vetted - some haven't even completed their financial disclosures, and his transition team seems to consider the required vetting process to be an annoyance. |
