Assuming they actually close the loophole that gives Congress rights that the rest of us won't have, then yes, we will have the same coverage. Their subsidies will still be greater than what the average American gets, but they won't get the additional coverage they were trying to reserve for themselves.

Not to worry - the second pass at the AHCA may not get out of the House, and if it does it probably will be DOA in the Senate. Lots of smoke, but no fire - it's all political theater, so the folks back home will think that the idiots they elected are actually doing something.
