He has no proof - he's a con artist.
This conspiracy theory has been totally debunked - the "investigator" recanted his story, neither the FBI nor the Washington Police has ever had possession of Rich's laptop and found 30,000 emails on it. The conspiracy theory is being kept alive by people like Hannity, Gingrich, and the grifter KimCommando - this is the very definition of fake news, where the FACTS show it not to be true, but people believe it anyway.
BTW, his name was Seth Rich. If you're going to drag his memory through the mud, at least get his name right.
Conspiracy theorists like Alex Jones will ask that we respect his privacy while he goes through a divorce proceeding, but have absolutely no compunction about trashing the memory of others if it fits his agenda. Hannity is desperately trying to protect Trump and doesn't care whose family he hurts in the process. The Rich family lost a son; they deserve better than to be caught up in this nonsense.
