I have. A lot of other scholars, including Tribe, totally disagree with him. To me, what Dershowitz says doesn't make a lot of sense - he's essentially saying that a President can do anything he wants to do, including shutting down investigations of anyone connected to him - friends, family, donors, etc.. SCOTUS has said otherwise.
