Just as I defend the other sides right to free speech, she also had a right to protest. To protest, not to be part of a group whose goal was to stop others from expressing their right of free speech.

That said, no reasonable person foresaw a lunatic using his car to kill anyone. Anything less than the entire book being thrown at the driver would not be justice. Allowing mob rule can lead to outcomes such as this one.

If anything, law enforcement should also be held accountable for their lack of actions and desire to allow the two groups to come into contact so that they could declare it an unlawful assembly and shut down the protests. jmo.
