Trump became President Jan. 20th."

That didn't stop Trump from taking credit for January's job numbers, did it? Like everything else Trumpian, take the credit for the good and blame someone else for the bad.

Two months of that quarter were on Trump's watch and the number was still low. 3% growth is hard to sustain annually.
