The Clinton campaign ended almost a year ago. Why are we still relitigating this?
It was reported BEFORE the election that the oppo research was initially funded by a Republican donor, a fact that has been conveniently forgotten in the Republican rush to find something to blame the Dems for in an election that the Republicans won. This gives new meaning to the phrase "sore winner".
