The damage Tillerson is doing to the State Department

is going to take years to fix once the Trump administration is gone. Career diplomats are leaving in droves, we still have open ambassador slots, and those being filled are being filled by unqualified individuals. For instance: Calista Gingrich, a divorced woman and adulterer, was recently confirmed as ambassador to the Vatican. Is it possible for this administration to get any more tone-deaf than that?
