I'm not sure I understand the logic here...

Trump's lawyer says Smokey Daniels has to pay Trump $20 million for violations of an NDA that a) Trump says he knows nothing about, b) doesn't even mention Trump, and c) was never signed by the other party. How could she be forced to pay him for violating the terms of an agreement that has never been fully executed and has nothing to do with him?
