I remind you all of President Reagan who, toward the end of his second term, was suffering the effects of Alzheimer's...he NEVER sounded like this guy. But it came out after his term ended that toward the end he was not the one making decisions - others were making them, including his wife.
I read someone has proposed invoking Article 25, once again. I kind of hope it goes through but ... then again...would that be a good thing at this point? Only 9 months away from election day? And look what we get if it goes through. I shudder to think |
