The Anova is the one I have also. There are a couple of others on the market in the same price range, but the Anova had the best reviews. There's a relatively new out called the Joule which is smaller because it was designed without controls or a display; you need to use a smartphone app to set the temp, start it, and stop it. I'm not sure I would want to rely on my phone.
The friend who introduced me to sous vide did a brisket for 36 hours followed by 3 or 4 hours in a smoker. He said the meat was incredibly tender.
