Death With Dignity laws currently exist in CA, CO, OR, VT, WA, and DC.

In most cases, the laws require that you prove residency, but since this is meant for people who generally have 6 months or less to live, they don't expect you to jump through all sorts of hoops to establish residency. Something as simple as a valid state driver's license would be sufficient, and can usually be obtained pretty quickly.

There are other requirements as well, depending on the state, but I think they all pretty much track together.
