For those of you in fire smoke affected areas, take a jar of VICKS vaporub and apply at your nostrils to keep bad stuff out and relieve any itching and discomfort to your sinus area. That's what our equestrian neighbors are doing for their horses. Animals are affected by the bad air quality as well.
Stay safe everyone. I don't have any Carpinteria/Summerland/Montecito signings tomorrow. All are on mandatory evacuation orders. Shepherd Mesa Lane lost one residence at about 6am. Probably someone I know but has not been disclosed as yet.
Our property behind Lake Casitas seems to have been spared so far. Everyone is so busy operating their bulldozers and tractors to clear brush, we have no one to make contact with until this mess is over.
