I planted arugula about 10 years ago, and every year it comes back everywhere, driveway, hillsides, planters with succulents, olive tree boxes. No shortage of arugula here. I think I'll give your recipe a shot this week. I have an abundance of collard and kale too. Sometimes I have to just do romaine, simple, but not as tasty and healthy as other greens. I also add avocado and green manzanilla olives as a topping. Yummy. |
