| That’s wonderful! A few years ago, we were talking about going to Texas, or Mexico, but my husband isn’t able to. What a great experience it will be for those who can! We went to Oregon in 2017 (clear skies, full totality) and it was an experience we’ll never forget. Wishing for clear skies! Hope everyone can experience what we did. It’s amazing to hear, see, smell, and feel the earth going to sleep and waking back up again in the course of an hour or two. The temperature changes, the birds and insects go to sleep and come back out again...so many day-to- nighttime-to day again... changes for the senses. You don’t quite get that with a partial eclipse, but it is cool to see the moon’s shadow on the sun..eclpise glasses providing! |
