Definitely consult with a nutritionist for your specific conditions. You can beat this! I see my dr. physician three times a year to monitor my numbers. So far so good. Diabetes does not run in my family, thankfully. Please take good care of yourself. I wouldn't want to have to give up avos. Love them and they are abundant around here.

Daily I cut up carrots, celery, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli and cucumbers and graze...no big meals. Last night I had chicken soup, and it helps me sleep so much better. Lots of veggies in the soup. I am a slave to my morning coffee and I plan to give it up as soon as I run out. Moving to green tea, lemon and honey with turmeric.

Wishing you the best. Every day is a bonus day.
