This shared story from PT pretty much capsulizes the lowest of the lowly folks who become notaries to scam other notaries.

I hope the word gets out NOT TO ACCEPT WORK from this scam artist. Rai is setting himself up for disaster in this industry. He and his wife should get real jobs and quit taking advantage of the public, title companies and fellow notaries!

Yes, Rai is a 35-yo wannabe what???? How disgusting!
