Limiting yourself is going to be tough, especially if just new and starting out. You may have to be more open to doing and accepting closings when they come in or at the very least your 2 full days off (preferably during the week). If you miss a bunch of offers or don't accept, they will stop notifying you.
I started out working a PT job and took afternoon and evening closings working both for about 3 months, then went all in. Just evenings is hard, and weekend closings are few and far between over here in FL.
Not trying to dampen your enthusiasm, but most look for someone who can close when they need them, if truly dedicated, you may have to give them a few full weekdays.
