No six-figure notary is training or taking time out to hand the keys to their kingdom to train notaries on certain companies' documents. Documents are universal, title companies are slightly different depending on who it is, but really it's all the same forms. Experience matters and plenty of courses out there to pay for and learn from. Nobody (and don't take it as a negative) is going to sit and teach you the difference between a Chase loan and a Stewart title package or whatever hundreds of combinations out there between title companies and lenders. The closest you will ever come to that kind of training is to sit with a new builder and their in-house title company and they have their set ways of presenting and also post-closing procedures discussed. I think you mean well, it's just will never happen or impossible because of privacy laws to instruct on real documents and nobody will train their opponents. We each find our own path ad ways of doing things no matter which company it is. |
