| I took offense to the saying that many true notary professionals are not using the SD platform. I consider myself a notary professional and I use it. My fee gets met and I have blocked lowballers and ones that have too many docs with little pay. It is what you make it. But imagine being in a Fidelity office already for a signing and another one comes through, no printing needed, appointment within the hour and you are already there and you are getting your full fee. Has happened to me a few times now among other good things. Some of my direct clients use it...call me, then send me the order on SD. So don't knock it until you try it...I have had great success with it and I read all the posts on here all the time knocking it. The fees of $250 per package are gone. The industry is saturated with notaries. If you are great at what you do and have a solid relationship with your clients, they will pay your fees are at least be reasonable. Has nothing to do with SD I don't feel. SD is the platform, the fees are inputted by the client. If they are not meeting your fee, don't work for them. |
