Anyone have problems collecting from this company? I'm still waiting on a signing from Feb 24, 03 and unfortunately I did a second one in Aug 03 and neither have been paid. I just faxed them another request for each one of the closings earlier today. I explained I report Non Payment issues to the following-
Notary Rotary Forums, NNA Forums and the American Notary Association. I also explained that I use a collection agency. I found a great deal thru Dunn and Bradstreet who will do the collection for a reasonable price. Then they list the transgressions in their credit bureaus. Cool huh? Gosh, why do companies think they can get away with Non Payment? I work hard for my money! |
