The white collar crime perpetuated was by FNT not eMobilenotary. What is interesting, is if Teri did this signing directly for FNT, she would still find herself not being paid. As for the very nice lady in Humboldt County, I would love to know the circumstance. I will guarantee that there is a story behind her complaint; there normally is. And if you are kind enough to phone me directly with that information, I will give you any information that is behind this "non-payment". We do not hide anything. Our toll free number is listed on our website.
Please keep in mind, every single day my job is to go after escrow and lender's who are not paying their bills. I also keep our notary's updated on collection procedures. Along with this, I receive phone calls and email's from notary's who say they've not been paid.
When our records indicate otherwise, I ask if they've reviewed their commission statements. They always say they have and that we are in error. Of course, when I then take the time away from collections to do their accounting, I've found they INDEED were paid and provide them with check numbers, dates, etc. It amazes me how they laugh off their mistake. These notary's are ready to finger point until they've made a mistake. I agree that we are all human, but it does go both ways.
Again Cheryl, please follow up with me regarding the nice notary in Humboldt. eMobilenotary has absolutely nothing to hide.
