I did two closing for a new client . She has a good rating and post on this site . My problem is getting paid. I did one July 6th and the other a week later. It appears I am a thorn in her side by asking about my payment. I am struggling between, the real issue at hand which is, I didn't get paid. And pushing forward with threats. I know things can get delayed, lost in the mail etc. I am copying and pasting part of the email that she sent me.
Kimberly, This is the last day of the month for rescission and we have been slammed not even being able to get a drink of water.
I have sent you a copy of the check and if you would like to contact me next Wednesday when it has been two weeks then we can discuss me putting a stop payment on this check and sending you another one.
But please I can’ discuss further today. It is just too darned busy
