Hi Kimmy, I am so sorry it took me so long to see this and respond. We had responded to all of the many emails you sent and had sent you a copy of the check we had mailed you but we had no further information to give you on the last day of the month.
You failed to mention that you had two closings with us and when I shopped payment on one check, I then paid you $275 thus taking care of two closings at one time so that one was paid early. You also did not clearly state that we had almost daily contact from you.
You also stated you did one closing on July 6th and the other a week later. The other was July 31st which was little more than a week since it was 25 days later.
There are always two sides to every story. I started this business 10 years ago and I have made every effort to treat people as fairly and honestly as possible but you deal with so many people and personalities.
I had a lady scream at me this week because I was upset that she demanded an additional $50 from title when they called needing to send her ONE additional page an hour before closing when the whole package was under 145 pages.
I love what I do and I love the notaries that I have had the honor and privilege of working with for the past 10 years but it is true you cannot please everyone and there are always two sides to every story.
