I guess it depends on the nsa. For me it saves paper and toner, as it makes no sense at all in providing 45 pages of closing instructions to the borrower, when these are specifically from the lender to the tc.
However, in the rare case where the borrowers are asked to sign, they get a copy in their packet. |
