If, and only if I have docs early enough, I do as much as I can with filling out certs. . Many times the State and County are wrong. I correct that etc. I do not sign or stamp anything ahead of time. One of the first things I look for is who is on the loan, who is on Title. Is there a co-borrower or a NBS. I like to walk in the door knowing exactly who is signing what.
