| Everyone has their own way of Prep/ print. There is not a correct way to do it, each of us have our own routines., No matter what if you prep before or print and dash... your still going to need time to check the documents for missing sigs/ initials, and you need time to complete your notarial certs, all needs to be done before you leave or drop. If I am printing, I will always go through the docs first, if the documents are waiting for me at the signing location, escrow/ bank, then I'll get there early to go through them. The reason I say this is because years ago, I printed and dashed a few times and found missing DOT, or incorrect spelling. had to spend more time contacting entity to email missing docs. None of us are perfect NSA's , we all have to do our own quality control at times. |
