I agree 100%. Unfortunately, that is why I put more stock in the forum comments section than Signing Central. I have taken 4 star companies and been burned. Many companies I have worked with in past have asked me to put favorable comments on NotRot right after the signings. I always wait until after payment is received after being burned.
Also companies that paid me very well and quickly were getting one star rating on Signing Central, but after the comments on the forum, I did work for them and got paid. I use both of them together to decide whether to extend credit.
My only constructive comment I would have for Signing Central is to open all companies (SS and TC) to be listed on the site and not just in the "area they serve". I do many closings for companies on the east and west coasts that are not listed on SC because I'm not in their area. It would be easier for all involved to just have one listing that includes all areas so we can have information on all companies.
