I will generally call, while confirming and ask is this still the best time for me to come, if it's not a situation where the docs have to drop right away. Usually mornings, evenings clients will be more flexible. Sometimes the borrowers want flexibility, and they've been told what time the notary is coming, not what time they want to sign. |
