I've also read that the coronavirus can survive on paper for up to 5 days, which is a bit disconcerting. Those are the kinds of details that seem to change from time to time, but I don't think I'd want to take that chance. And even 20 feet away, if a person is actively sick with COVID-19, who knows what kind of viral load is floating in the air, especially when people are stationary for a period of time? (Of course, that's easy to say from a distance. In the moment, I suspect the instinct for most of us is to just get the job done.) |
