Signed two in the morning, three back-to-back in the afternoon. Docs for my 7pm never showed up. No good phone number for the borrowers 1 hour away. At my last signing, I get an alert that the docs have been uploaded, I speed home, print and now have the LO's phone number, call him leaving a message that I'll be an hour late, so sorry, I don't have a good number for the borrowers to tell them how late I'll be.
LO calls me back 30 minutes later and says this closing was postponed to Wednesday the 18th. No one kept me in the fold. It was last week that I requested a good phone number to reach out to clients.
Should I be paid full fee? Darned right. I got it too. Too much stress for end of the day.
Today is a new day! I have everything I need to get everywhere on time, with docs and have confirmations with borrowers. |
