The amount of insulting condescension in response to my question and poor business practices of this platform have led to my decision to delete this account. But guess what? The entry box in the profile to do so, won't allow me to enter all of the letters in my password, so I'm stuck, yet again.
I do appreciate those who genuinely tried to assist, but to the others, although I may be a "clueless newbie" I DO have 40 years of professional experience, and it doesn't take a "seasoned" notary to realize that I've done more than my share to rectify the problem with a company that has taken my 99 dollars and not delivered on their verbal promise to me and doesn't respond to repeated requests for assistance.
