Thanks Carolyn. My question exactly, lol. I'll just wait for PayPal to refund my payment on the 22nd. After this forum thread I've no interest in being listed here anymore. It's been 18 days now; no return calls, no returned emails, no refund, or upgrade. I'll guess I'll just be "basic" here forever. I've been called a lot of things in my life, basic was never one of them. Wink
