I agree wholeheartedly with ananotary and Yoli and only have two things to add. First, none of those who have done the homework and legwork to develop that type of business are going to be foolish enough to spell out to the world how they went about it. Second, I think it's safe to say that they didn't give up after having "called around" and being told by title and escrow companies that they didn't need any more notaries. Figuring out a solution is what makes them worth the big bucks!
Yes, there's a certain amount of good timing and good fortune involved sometimes, but without preparation and lots of hard work, those two things aren't enough. With enough effort and expertise, however, those two things aren't always necessary. |
