10K monthly incomes. This increase in numbers does not surprise me. As the amount of loan signings goes from all time highs, to a much more "normal" pace, these notaries better be ready to start marketing their business for a client base. If not, they will be back at work as almost always is the case in this type of cycle. It will be interesting to see those numbers in 4 years.
