They hold the title the shortened version which has no ID enforced, thus the AKA signing both ways on the mortgage and riders. How did that happen years ago?? Why do people just go along with things?
I used reasonable doubt in determining "one in the same" for the rest of the package and he also has a Signature Name Affidavit in the package stating variations, but as we know the mortgage, riders, and note are the most important documents in the package and from my experience, all signatures have always matched up, thus asking.
BTW, the title doesn't has the AKA, so it will not match, but that's what they did. What they probably should have done with do a name correction on the deed prior to closing, but what do I know, they went this way and see if it works I guess. |
