Different situations, different demographics, different companies, different experience levels, different connections, ...this business has way too many variables to have a set in stone one size fits all price. Everyone "wants" to command the highest fee possible, but in the real world with a lot of competition, just being great doesn't necessarily mean you get the closing, it could mean you are the greatest highest paid NSA doing nothing. The smart ones know what is going on in their area and if you have to bend to make it happen, well, sometimes you do. |
