It's a mix--some VA properties & some out of state. Prices

& interest rates are high. Still some first time homebuyers. Some construction loans too.
I got a gig with a local lender that does a lot of loans (underwrites & sells the loans).
I've never really had much local work before. It's a treat. ;-)
