years ago. No more printing docs or driving back breaking miles to earn a $100 bill profit.

I leased a car on March 1, 2020. The car now has 27,000 miles on it. I can buy it for the residual value of $14,000 or sell it for $22,000 to the dealer.

What a pity 30-year mortgages are at 7.0%. There is no refi market and some new construction purchases. That's it. Case closed. Happy Day? Newbies don't believe it. You will starve to death.
