You've conveniently ignored a couple of key words that appear just before your list: "if eligible". A person has to be near indigent to qualify for Medicaid, and most won't. Also, I've heard it takes a long time for a person to prove eligibility and begin receiving aid. So it's likely these services offer only partial aid, if any at all.
Choosing when and if to have a child is a life-changing decision - and women (and young girls, especially) shouldn't have to put their health at risk by carrying a pregnancy to term, let alone going through what it takes to raise a child for 18 years, unless or until they're ready. And let's face it, short of surgery, no method of birth control is foolproof. (And even that has been known to fail, rarely.)
Again, I support the right for people to believe whatever they want about when a fertilized human egg becomes a person and to make their own decisions about how to cope with an unplanned pregnancy, but I don't support anyone imposing their own beliefs onto others.
