direct clients. The middle man needs to be cut out completely. That takes time, marketing and experience. You are in a unique position being in LA and can offer services most of us are not able to do.
My first year I worked with signing companies that paid on the lower side, if I recall correctly. After about a year I put on my marketing hat and started advertising and developed a solid business over several years. Now, 15 years later, 99% of my business is direct clients. I work with 2-3 signing companies and rarely sign residential loans anymore. Commercial loan signings are my niche and I way prefer it over residential.
