Are you absolutely sure about that? I have first hand knowledge that Wells Fargo, BBVA and Regions bank are open. Friday is being given as an “in lieu of day” meaning you are working but giving you another day off.

I am curious to know where you got that from and maybe that is in your area and Birmingham banks are open on Friday the 3rd and mail is being delivered.
