I kinda do what you do, Irma. My area is my home town since 1957. I've become very acquainted with my neighbors near and not so near over three counties, and we're all pretty much on the same page as far as masking, outdoor signing, using hand sanitizer.
Not too many people traveling around here, other than by car. Lots of road trips. One couple I signed today said they were happy I was the one coming to see them. We've signed several times before.
I think most of us are pretty conscientious and up to date on the most current statistics of COVID-19 in our own backyards as we navigate the course of loan signing schedules. So far so good. No sick people in my area, all healthy, gently cruising through self-quarantine at home. People so far have been 99% relaxed and comfortable with notarizing in their backyards, front yards, garages, etc.
Still, I can't wait for it to end, soon! |
