Congrats! That's a major coup, getting onto the Fidelity direct list, usually requiring some kind of referral, so well done!
You'll probably get an email every year from the FNTG contact person for your region about 30 days before your BGC, etc., expires. That's something you want to make sure you get done in time because I've been told that you have to start the process over if you let it lapse.
BTW, for the record (and for anyone else reading here), whenever possible it's a very good idea to not give ss references to title companies (and vice versa). If they call your references, you're giving that ss owner an opening to market to that title company and just cut you out. It's more complicated than that (and less of an issue) with Fidelity companies, but this is especially important for the small, mom and pop regional title and escrow companies. It just makes sense to protect those hard-earned connections...
