Estate Planning package is considered general notary work (GNW).
In CA, we are allowed to charge up to $15 per notarized signature plus a travel fee. Your question leaves too many variables unanswered. For instance, are these packages being signed at the law firm (one location) or at the signers' residences (various locations with various distances)? Your statement of 14-16 signatures equals $210-$240 plus travel. If this is a law firm you deal with on a regular/consistent basis, you may want to opt to give a flat rate (enough to keep their business but still make a profit on your end).
