are you legal counsel? if the son has poa, why does he need to be declared conservator? durable power allows him to buy, sell, borrow.

Not your place to judge if poa valid or what borrower should or shouldn't do! yes, the poa needs to be approved by title but one approved not your place to decide if its valid or not. we confirm ID, willingness to sign and witness signing. nothing more.
