before I would contact an attorney, I would pursue clarification from the bank as to the nature of the error. After all, the bank recommended getting it corrected so perhaps that is a possibility. Additionally, I would not be surprised to hear you may need to use this poa for other purposes as well. if a correction is possible, best to find out sooner rather than later.
Errors can be corrected Im my state of Oregon, so I would investigate Nevada, via their Secretary of State, before contacting/paying an attorney. As you may have gathered, unfortunately, every states notarial laws are different. Also, depending on Nevada law and the type of error, it may not actually invalidate the document or notarization. Legal teams at banks aren't always right and can sometimes be pursuaded re-evaluate a decision.
