I don't believe I, who started the original thread, attributed ownership to Joan. I don't know the ownership.
However, I do know that since I have been frequenting these forums, Joan has seized the opportunity on numerous occasisons to tout the agency. Whether proprietor, employee or contractor, she has urged new notaries and prospective notaries to enroll in her classes. Based on what I have read here, the promotions for those classes are duplicitous. And it seems to me, if she is prepared to promote a company with such question versimilitude, then her own veracity is open to question. |
